You can put antifreeze in the sink’s water tank so the valves don’t get blocked. And if possible, bring an extra water tank.

-A vacuum cleaner will be very helpful in removing condensation from windows. A hair dryer will also be effective. Place thermal insulators on the outside and inside of the windows so that the glass does not freeze.

-Make sure the clean water tank is full and the gray water and waste tank are half full, so they don’t freeze. You will need to empty them more often.

-Take drinking water in carafes. Sufficient quantity depending on the number of occupants. You should also bring the type of food that gives you the calories you need to recover from an intense day of skiing.

-The battery can discharge in the cold. Make sure it maintains its charge by running the engine frequently. Do not leave the motorhome stopped for more than 12 hours. Keep the heat on at the lowest setting when you go skiing. You will prevent the pipes from freezing and you will have the motorhome warm when you return from the snow. Remember that propane gas withstands more extreme temperatures than butane gas.

-Set a place to dry snow equipment and wet clothes. If you have heating in the bathroom, for example, put coat racks or a clothesline to hang everything you need.

-LED lights provide you with excellent illumination and are ideal for saving energy. If you are going to bring a generator, it will be a great ally so that you do not lack energy. Use it during the day to recharge all gadgets and batteries.
